It also shows potential for heart health (blood pressure), blood sugar control, and hormone regulation, but caution is advised, especially if pregnant or on blood-thinning medication.

    Common Medicinal Uses

    • Digestive Health: Alleviates bloating, flatulence, constipation, and indigestion, acting as a carminative.
    • Respiratory Support: Helps with colds, coughs, and congestion, reducing inflammation and acting as an expectorant, often used in teas or chest rubs.

    • Stress & Mood: Aromatherapy with marjoram oil can calm the nervous system, reduce anxiety, and improve sleep.
    • Heart Health: May help lower blood pressure and cholesterol by relaxing blood vessels.
    • Menstrual Issues: Can help regulate cycles and relieve cramps due to antispasmodic properties.

    How It's Used

    • Tea (Infusion): Steep leaves in hot water for colds, digestion, and relaxation.
    • Essential Oil (Aromatherapy/Topical): Inhale for stress or apply diluted to chest for congestion and muscle pain.
    • Ointments/Poultices: Infused oil can be used for skin irritations, minor wounds, and muscle aches.

    Important Considerations
