Using Smokey Quartz to relieve cramp and reduce occurrences 

How to make Cramp water.

Smokey Quartz has a very good medicinal use in the relief of cramp and can even reduce severity and frequency of such symptoms especially when paired with Cramp Bark ( see our article on this too).

Making cramp water is very easy and is perfectly safe . Just remember to remove the crystal from the glass before you drink the water! Don’t swallow the crystal!!

Pour half a glass of fresh untreated water into a glass and then drop your Smokey Quartz crystal into it. Leave for a few hours with a saucer or lid over the glass then drink the water . That’s all there is to it and we know from personal experience that it can be highly effective.

After using the crystal for a while doing this it may change colour or crack. This is normal. It means the crystal is tired and needs recharging and cleansing. 

You can do this by smudging it then holding it under running water before burying it in a plant pot. Mark the pot it’s in and leave the crystal for a couple of months to recharge. Recover, clean and use it again!
